”Mammoth Press Online” is the sole owner of the information collected on MammothPress.com; or any related pages. “Mammoth Press Online” collects only information submitted by the user: contests, forums, merchandise, banner-ad, mailing lists, etc. However at no point is does this information leave our online or offline computers/servers/databases; furthermore this information is periodically deleted. Log Files
Like most standard web site servers we use log files. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
Some of our third party advertising companies may employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. “Mammoth Press Online” does not use these clear gifs, but they may be in advertiser’s sold space. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users’ personally identifiable information.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our email list, we ask for contact information such as name, state (for demographic uses), and email address. Signing up for a contest will sign you up for our email list, and the email list of the contest sponsor(s). We are not in the business of spamming, we WILL NOT use your email address for anything more than a monthly update. To be removed from our email list(s), please follow instructions on the mailing list page. Furthermore our email lists are controlled in-house, and your email address will not be viewed by any third party.

”Mammoth Press Online” WILL NEVER sell or give your personal information such as IP address or email address to anyone unless we are given permission to do so by the submitter of the information.
